I love being an RA at the Cottages. Mr. David is amazing ED and Ms. Julie our nurse is amazing. We are smaller but that's what makes us so special for your loved ones. They become our extended family and the team at the Cottages are family.

Columbia Cottage Mountain Brook is clean and quaint and the staff know all their residents since this is a smaller community. Leslie Carter and David Butero went above and beyond to accommodate a quick admission process. My mother received wonderful care there and staff kept me posted on any health concerns since I lived out of state. Leslie also was very helpful when I moved my mother to be closer to me. My mother made some very good friends there whom she misses but they still stay in touch. I can not thank Leslie and David enough for all that they did for my mother.

My mother loved being here. It is like a second family. The home is bright and cheery with activities all the time. They have different size rooms that should fit any need.

My mother lived at Columbia Cottage in Mountain Brook for almost two years until her death. The facilities are nice and well maintained and the staff was MORE than nice to her.
