During this time of COVID 19 some of their staff could be a bit more considerate of how they speak and treat family members. Before, my experience had been really satisfactory. But recently some of the staff has fallen short of that respectable mark. We must do better we are all embarking on something we never been through. I cant see my love one Im expecting you to relay how she doing and no to seem annoyed that Im calling and asking. I appreciate you all for the work you do and looking after my love one. But some of you need to examine your behavior toward the family. Were counting on you.

My son is a recent resident and I made a statement I have to retract I judgedthisplaceon looks alone but my son loves it and he says the staffwork hard to meeeeds and he let me know I was wrong and I apologize and want to thank all who are helping my family and I in our time of distresswent to visit my son spent more time clmeaning his room than visiting house keeping hat even came in his room
