Called for pricing, and the lady was short and Kurt with me. She just spit out the per diem And quickly got off the phone. Unacceptable. Could have been a lot more courteous and ask more questions of the situation. They need to work on their customer service skills immediately.

Horrible facility. In 2015 they accidentally overdosed my mother in law and killed her. They admitted to the error and forced us to arbitrate because of an arbitration agreement that was signed by a non immediate family member. The person who signed the agreement did not even know she signed the agreement and was told she was checking her into the facility. This is allowing Phenix City Health to get away with Murder!!!!!

My mother has been at PCHC for almost two years, and she has had an overall positive experience. Her caregivers are good people who enjoy their patients. If there is a problem, even something small, patients' families are contacted immediately. The facility needs more employees including a nurse, but they do the best they can with what they have. My family has had the chance to know of 3 other facilities in Phenix City and Columbus. PCHC is by far the best.
