This place only cares about taking the tenants rent. There has been a mold smell in my dad's apartment since April. I have called the office and so has my daughter and brother. I will be reporting this place to HUD and The State as well as the Better Business Burea. The garbage disposal and the dishwasher run water from under it and my dad has never used either of them. If they have a maintenance man, then he's definitely not doing his job. Someone needs to investigate the Property Manager because she's only there in the office long enough to do applications for New tenants, renewals, and to pick up rent. There has to be something done about this place.

The management, and maintenance sucks. Never fixes anything the first time you ask, I have been here just over a year and still having same issues. Rarely able to see manager unless it's rent time, there is mold growing on the ceiling of my patio that the bldg. inspector said needs to be addressed immediately. Lol that's a joke! I love my apartment, would just love for it to be maintained properly!

I been calling this office since yesterday which was 8-15-18 I called all day and all day today and I get no answer . where the Secretary.

Poor costumer service!! The office is always closed or theres nobody there. They dont answer calls or call you back when you leave a message. Once again , avoid this place.

My cousin lives there. I've visited twice for a weekend getaway. It's very nice. Its quiet, clean and luxurious. I think I'm going to make it my next move.
