I'm only giving this place a rating so I could post this...only being able to post if you give a rating is something that needs to be fixed in my opinion, especially for place like the Wyoming Life Resource Center. The Wyoming Life Resource Center is a state run facility for the specialized treatment, training, and education of the mentally handycapped. It is NOT a place for random tours or visits. Any kind of tour must be approved by the facilities administation and are generally only granted to school groups or for other educational purposes.
