Hope to be paid more don't get paid much but jut like a nursing home need more improvement with pay and care about the workers I've been there 8months and still don't feel appreciated

My parents live there. Clean, fairly spacious apartments. Meals are iffy. Some are really good, some, not so much. High turnover of staff and because of this, it can be hard to get good, reliable help.
