Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center

The building is always clean and smells great. When entering the building you are greeted with smiles and friendly faces. The staff members go above and beyond to help residents and their family. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of long or short term rehabilitation.

They discriminate!! My wife left this place after working here for a couple months. She was told that the people who were over the facility had been replaced with new so I go to put in an application. While waiting for an interview, two women come out telling me I was not able to be hired on. They also referred to me as someone I am not!! Three hours later I receive a phone call from Pat at riverside and she asked if I was the one who applied for a cna position and I said yes. I then said what the two disrespectful women told me & Pat goes, I thought so,I was making sure I got the right one. I said, I have some questions I would like answered & Pat got very rude saying she has no answers to any questions in a hateful tone & hung up!! I have made attempts to contact Sava Senior Care, the owners of Riverside to discuss this matter & try to resolve it but no one there wants to talk. This leaves me no choice but to file a lawsuit against Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation & Sava!!

Children beware- spend some time here and see the poor quality care the patients receive. Neglect and indifference by the staff. Not very clean. They have been fined multiple times. Check it out for yourself and keep a close eye out for neglect.
