2-20-2020, the cold, mostly raw 'hamburger ' hard cold fries, served to these senior residents was not even the quality served at an elementary school! Absolute disgrace! There were only two overworked employees in the kitchen having to heat up what could only be prepackaged 'food' serve the residents and then clean up everything.

My aunt is currently at this facility. I would not recommend anyone to allow a family member to be admitted to the medical area of this facility. First of all there is no air conditioner in this building the heat is unbearable and a breeding ground for germs and bacteria. The windows will not even open to allow air in the thermostat in her room was 93 And its only April. She waited over an hour for her medication after asking for it. Also there are aggressive residents in which just roll into her room spitting in the floors and going through her belongings. The resident has hit her multiple times and we have complained to staff. They will remove the patient but she comes back into the room almost immediately. There are multiple patients in which do just enter her room. And are not controlled. They are also very understaffed when we call out for help it sometimes takes thirty minuets for anyone to come. The food they serve them is of low quality and cold. This is just a few of many complaints my family has with this place. I would not recommend anyone to place there family member in this Nursing home. We are currently waiting for a opening in another facility which has more staff.

my sister there and she told me that when she called them they never came. and stop her taking any phone calls for no reason we could not contact her i am having this looked into she needed to go to the hospital and they would not take her. this place should nly be in business tl treat family like this

Please be AWARE and USE CAUTION. PLEASE READ TO THE END..My Mother died at Glenwood nursing home in......2009......and it was a nice facility rated number 1...My Brother was admitted in Oct. Of 2015 and we did not know that the facility was under different ownership and RATED at the BOTTOM of the LIST. My Brother was OVERDOSED at the facility and spent several hours in the ER to get his BP back up..He Later CHOKED and was addmitted the PCH for SEVERAL days....LATER He was COMPLAINING with his bottom l was TOLD by the NURSE AND DR. to not worrie it was only a rash...I had him SENT OUT to a Dr. Outside the facility on 9.13.17..He arrived LATE and WAS NASTY DIRTY and was diagnosed with a BED SORE...On Oct.6 2017 my Brother CHOKED TO DEATH. THE FACILITY IS UNDERSTAFFED AND POORLY OPERATED WITH NO AIR CONDITION IN HEALTH CARE.....IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE NEEDING HELP PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.
