Heart and Hand House is a local Non Profit that provides assistance to needy families in Barbour County. Some areas that they assist with: food, baby supplies, personal care items, utilities, etc. Heart and Hand also has two thrift stores, one in Philippi and the other in Belington. Donations of clothing in good to great condition, household items, food, monetary donations and other items are accepted year round.
