My mother in law is able to stay in her home due to the phenomenal care of her family and the work Aging and Family does to provide respite for her children. Without this agency, my husband and his siblings would not get the rest they need to continue to take care of their mother and maintain their own family life. Thank you !

My name is Rosemary Desmond I live in Baltimore Maryland and run several Assisted Living Facilities. I hired this company along with my brother to give in home care to my Mother. Their websites state 'Trust the Professionals' and best choice for home care. Well trust me it is not.My Mother was dropped by an aide from a hospital bed and left on the floor in feces with an aide stating 'I can't do this'. Well I know for certain my employees must have a health clearance to be a caregiver. When my brother called to complain the only response he got was that the woman had fibromyalgia. Meanwhile my mother had bruises and a cut. I sent two formal fax to address my concerns and called, and still no response.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
