The very best DMV experience we have ever had. We moved here from another part of the state, wow what a difference. We also had to change all of our license and registrations to Pendleton county. Such a pleasure to do business with these folks.

My husband and I moved to Pen Co recently and we had to switch out licensing and vehicle registrations. We went to the Franklin DMV and got such good service and actually enjoyed our time. The girls were helpful and made us laugh with them. You can tell they enjoy working together. We were there for over an hour (none of that was wait time) because we had so much to do and my husband had his CDL that had to get approved, but we had a pleasant experience and no one made us feel that we were inconveniencing them.
