Caring professional staff. One on one time to discuss care given to your loved one. Physical therapy part is a wonderful part of the care. Visit any time your schedule will allow. I commend their facility.

As the place had a high rating, we felt comfortable taking our planned vacation. When we came back, I was in shock of dads deterioration. Dad was not eating or drinking. What he was given was documented, not actual intake. We were working on getting him out and to the hospital. This is when we found out the documentation was incorrect. I had been there most of the day and knew what his intake was. A Glucerna drink he had been given was documented that he drank all of it. I showed them the almost full container. What he had drank, he threw 1/2 of it up. Needless to say, he didn't go back there!
