This place is a joke, the nurses complain when they walk away from residents, one nurse said we had to wait 15 minutes because she gets a smoke break at 2 and will help after that. They are in need of a major remodel. The rooms are very small and they have 4 people to a room.

I am so dissatisfied with Willow Tree. They let my love one lay in piss for over 4 hrs. It is so disgusting. Lately the food there is awful. They had the nurses doing dishes and probably cooking. When they get it it is very mushy and cold. The aides are nasty to the residents. It is a shame that our elderly have such people working with them. If they don't want to treat them right they should leave. Stuff has come up missing also. They just don't care. There is only a few of the nurses and aides that are nice and do care but the ones that don't out weigh the ones that do.

I have no idea where they took those pictures but it sure wasn't at Willow Tree. Be very careful trusting then with your loved ones
