Horrible experience. They believe in right to fall and will not protect patient from falling. I had to threaten lawsuit to get them to put down a fall mat. They also have no bed alarms to help prevent falls yet they put ankle bracelets on patients that try to escape. We had to stay there all night to keep mother safe until we could transfer her to a new facility. Patients are allowed to roam anywhere invading privacy and contaminating surfaces.
