Pine Lodge

My mom was in there for alittle over a month only had a bath once the whole time she was there , the place smelled the only thing good was the staff was nice. We have moved my mom somewhere else. I wouldnt send my loved ones there.

My mother-in-law has been a resident there for almost 3 years. They have taken such good care of her. Their staff is friendly and hard working..

The PT there is wonderful and caring!They go be-on the call of duty. I truly dont think I would be here and heal without them! Angels hands I will say they all have a special place in my heart

I have to give them a 5. They do the best they can. The staff is the best to work with. They love their residents or they wouldnt be working there.

Left my father on a bed pan for an hour, which resulted in a bad, bad rash. This was day 2 of his stay there! No one, and I mean no one comes when the call button is pushed. The nurses are nice for about the first couple of days, but only until they get to know you, then, it is like, whatever! If a place knows it is not staffed as should be, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Do not make these residents suffer because of something so simple as a hire! A regular Dr finally visited my father day before yesterday and requested a certain medication, well, the head nurse decides to take it upon herself and change it! Really??? I am trying to get a transfer as we speak. I have heard from several of the other residents of their horror stories. This place is awful. Oh, and when I am walking down the halls, I am constantly hearing 'help me, hey you, help me, get me a nurse.' Do not send your loved ones to Pine Lodge :(
