Terrible facility. Always run short staffed and residents are very neglected. There has been an entire week on several occasions my relative was not even bathed.

My step mother has lived here for almost a year and the staff is very nice, mom says the food is good, it has always been clean when I've been there. The first review must be for a different place because the names of the 'old goons' aren't even the names of the people at Everett Plaza. No, the place isn't perfect because it is run by humans, but it is a very good care facility.
