Not sure how it is now but for the two years I lived there, for the most part there was the same clerk who was friendly and knew what she was doing. And then a new clerk showed up and explained that its routine/policy that the clerks switch every few months or whatever so she would be staying now and let me say- she had almost no idea what she was doing and for the first time at this location, my package got lost and she had no idea how to give receipts or look up how to find it or anything. It was pretty sad. Other than that its your typical post office!

The clerk is very rude and has no customer service skills. I went to this location for a week looking for a package in which tracking is showing arrive at location. This clerk is lazy and lacks customer service skills. I've been a customer at this location 10 plus years & never experienced such bad service. When I ask for her name, she refused saying this is her last day anyway. She should not be working with the public anywhere.
