Very dissatisfied with the care provided. This facility is beautiful. However, the administration was very misleading knowing their facility could not meet the needs by providing temporary respite care for my family member. They're short staffed and when concerns were addressed they were very dismissive. Don't waste your money! Situation was very unfortunate for staff as well as my family.

Recently, my son and his class had the opportunity to visit with some of the residents, at The Waterford, for Christmas. They took homemade cards and ornaments and sang some Christmas songs. His class had a wonderful visit. The residents were very sweet to his class. Also, the staff were amazing!! They made us feel very welcome. I look forward to the opportunity to go back for another visit soon.

The staff are very caring. The community is very well maintained. Anytime I have been there I was impressed by the interaction between staff and residents. I love the courtyard.
