Bay Lake is a wonderful place to be! I was recently hired to work as a Life Enrichment Assistant, the job of my dreams, and I have loved every second so far. Not only is the staff so warming and welcoming, they are sure that each resident is comfortable and has any and all needs met at all times. The residents are a treat to be around, it is like a big family here! Yourself, or a loved one would be so welcomed here, and very well taken care of! The activities we do with the residents each day are engaging and very entertaining. They also encourage learning, active daily lifestyles, and creativity! There isnt a minute where residents dont have something to do to stay busy! The food is also a treat! Really, there isnt a bad thing to say about Bay Lake! It is truly a wonderful place!

I love the staff , everyone is friendly and makes it feel just like home. Our life enrichment department is amazing and provides all hands in activities. The management staff is there when you need them.
