Older run down apartments with constant maintenance issues that are not properly fixed the first time. Instead residents put in several work orders and the maintenance supervisor gets an attitude and becomes rude and intimidating. I have had 4 leaks and faulty appliances and a mildew / moldy smelling AC unit. When it rains I can hear water dripping inside wall. The maintenance supervisor gave me some great advice and told me if I don't like it I should MOVE. I am going to give everyone else some great advice if you love Quality and Great customer service DON'T move here. V/RDr. JaDe

First off, I will say the maintenance team is great! However, the new management here is terrible, we are moving out as soon as our lease is up. I think they basically used coronavirus as an excuse to stop doing their jobs.They are very difficult to get a hold of, maybe because they never seem to be at work. Sometimes when you bring up issues, they just ignore you.The parking situation has been a disaster since the new management took over because they stopped enforcing the rules, meaning it's pretty much a free-for-all. People park trailers that take up multiple spots for days at a time, people parking wherever they want with no stickers, people having more than the allowable number of vehicles (who knows if these people even live here?)If you come by to check this place out and the pool looks like it's open, don't be deceived, they want you to think that. It has been closed for months under the guise of 'keeping us safe'. Are you kidding me?

I have lived here since July last year and I have love my apartment never had a problem with bugs its quiet & when I put in a trouble call for anything it gets handled that DAY ive never seen that before here the matinance guys are awesome and the office and grounds staff do an AMAZING job keeping this complex up

I dont even know where to begin. I moved in 8/10/19 and it is currently 8/17/19 My air conditioner has been broken and not one maintenance technician has been able to fix this issue; i have not been able to sleep In my own apt since move in due to the fact that it is 89degrees in my place as we speak. Ive spoken to all management and all I get is the run around or no call unless I reach out. Refrigerator has a hole in it which no one fixed or rectified for me; dog hair all in the cracks and crevices of my carpet and was finally cleaned by professional company on 8/15 when I presented the property manager with an ultimatum to get my things done on time or Im moving out the complex. Toilet bowl had been making an odd sound for about 40seconds after a flush, which was finally fixed 8/15. Im so exhausted for the price Ive paid I should have been able to sleep in the comfort of my own apt and I CANT because no one is valuing my money time or the simple fact that Im a renter here. Its frustrating and makes me regretful since I was forewarned by the reviews and continued to move in regardless. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE this place has too many issues in a one bedroom apt for the price requesting!

5 star review because of their maintenance team alone! Avery and Malek are so nice and get everything done that you ask them to and make it feel very homey and a great community to be apart of!
