So far I'm not happy about this place. Wife has been there 2 days and she has said that they are not getting her up. She is there for physical therapy and nothing is being done. When she left hospital she needed assistance getting up to go to bathroom.

I've worked there for ten years and love my coworkers and residents. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else!

This place is such a joke. My aunt is finally home but after a trip to the hospital the dr is positive that she was so neglected she was suffering abuse! And my aunt was telling me all of this and we thought maybe she just wanted to come home but no! There will justice. Im not blamong the whole company but they need to hire caregivers that enjoy their job and enjoy caring for the people who need it. Not people who get annoyed or just arent on their toes. Only god can work real miracles and i pray we can have this epedemic completely washed off of this earth.

Not a place for the elderly or someone that needs help. Staff is no where to be found some days. Place reeks of urine. No one seems to be on the same page for what has and has not been done or given. Some staff wear no badges or work attire. Never knew a basketball shirt was ok to wear to work somewhere like this. Staff are out smoking with patients. Everything seems to be meh or push it under the rug. Highly disappointed with what I have been seeing happen at this place. I have no say in someone I love being at this place but it's pretty terrible.

I reviewed this same place 5 months ago somethings have changed some have not. First let me say the last 2 months I dread going to see my family because the smell of the 2nd floor is horrid and makes me want to vomit before I adjust to the smell. I complained about it in my first review but it's on another level now. I have never visited a nursing home that has a smell like this. Second issue is being sanitary. There wasn't any hand soap in either dispenser in the bathroom and none in the hand sanitizer either in the room. This has been the case the last 2 times I've been and needed to wash my hands so who knows when this was last filled. Bathrooms are shared between 2 rooms and 4 people why is there not any soap? Germs shouldn't be cared around so carelessly especially when there are elderly people here that are sick. When will these issues be consistently better?
