The Crossings at Bon Air

I have been very fortunate to have worked with the staff at CABA and some of their residents for almost 2 years. I would like to give an account of an experience I had right before Christmas this past year, that was extremely impactful to me. We worked with a resident that was on their way back from the hospital, She had already been dealing with a serious illness that unfortunately didn't have a good prognosis. However, she was steadfast that she wanted to get back to her home, which was at the Crossings at Bon Air. When the ambulance brought her in, part of the doctors orders were that she would be on oxygen. It had not yet arrived. They had no choice but to take her back to the hospital if it wasn't available. Amanda, who is part of the team at CABA, jumped into action. Within minutes, she was able to obtain the necessary oxygen and supplies that were needed. It was amazing really. And way beyond what I've ever seen in this situation. Typically the resident would have had to have been transferred back to the hospital.Once she was made comfortable at home... was when the real magic started....The apartment had several people in it. Among them were the resident, a family member, myself, one of our caregivers, and....Amanda. She gave comfort to her...and asked if she could sing a song. She chose Silent Night. Amanda sung it beautifully... and the resident was so at ease... There was not a dry eye in the room. It was truly amazing to have been witness to it. It was Powerful the level of genuineness, and positive impact it had on all of us.Great people work there, and they really care. That's exactly what I would want for my loved ones.

Sadly, it is only 'okay' for $3,500 a month. The food and dining leave much to be desired! They are not consistent at all in the dining room.

The staff here is so friendly and extremely in tune to the residents! The sales staff especially Bebe Jessee is so kind and caring!! I only hope when the time comes they have room for ME!!! I would be honored to have a place in this community!

The staff is so professional, the facility is clean and lovely! They have lots of activities for tcossent, even nightly happy hour! The prices are reasonable for the area and the amenities are excellent. Id recommend to anyone who is needing to leave their independent home for a safer environment and who is craving more community!

Over 5 years as a team member we have a very upbeat culture and the residents are full of wisdom and you can gain so much hearing their stories- Delighted to be here!!
