Great Assisted Living :-)

I love this place it is a caring home for assisted living... YOU SHOULD BRING YOUR PARENTS HERE!

My father needed total care after a very bad fall due to Alzheimers. He was accepted into Covenant Columns Manor, cared for, fed fresh nutritious meals, toileted, and treated with the utmost respect, as is all of the 'family' there. During the Christmas holiday, he participated in any activity that he could. He loved music and the home provided him with that. If he desired (or our family), he could have Communion. We never had to worry about him as all of his needs were attended to including hair cuts, doctor's visits, visits with the podiatrist, etc. You could not ask for more for someone that you love. The family that owns the Manor, took him in as family. While ministering to the needs of my father, they also ministered to our needs to have love go to Dad at all times. Thanks to all of you.

I called this place today just to inquire about my dad moving here and the phone service I received was HORRIBLE! They hung up in my face, we called back and asked for managers and supervisors but they said that no one is there and hung up again, I called back and asked for names but no one wanted to give us there names. This was the most horrific experience ever, needless to say the lack of professionalism drove us away before we even got started!! Please no one take your family here, if this is how they act now, what about the future. Wish I could score them a zero
