This facility is definitely one that needs alot of work. The building is out dated and needs remodeling. The Nurses talk about each other like children , curse , and are very unprofessional down to the unit manager's(whom seem to be young Nurses with zero experience). They treat the agency employees like trash(and they are short staffed)They have there cliques and you can definitely tell. Administration is a joke! It reeks of urine and feces. Definitely do not put your family members here and most definitely don't apply here if you want to keep your license.

My roommate was brought there from hosp with expectations that she would be in private room. She had cdiff and shared a room with a Colonoscopy bag that was running out on the floor. When asking for help to bathroom she was refused and told she had to wait for pt. I was on video call and witnessed the level of care. Not only that but the nurse violated the hippo law by speaking to my friend about my roommate with no permission. She also gave the other payients medical info out. They refused to call anambulance when my roommate expressed the need to go to hosp. Also they told her she would not recieve her meds because they had to order it from maryland. Shes a diabetic. I will be calling the on budsman on monday and sharing my video.

My mother died in that place on May 27,2018! It was not very clean, it stunk, but I did not put her there. My half sister did! :( There's more, but I'm not going into details because it will just upset me again. :( God bless my mother's soul and God rest her soul. I miss her so much.
