I went in there needing assistance. They were all so nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions- no matter how silly. Brandy is wonderful! She has kept contact with me and is sure to let me know what is going on with our application/case. It was such a pleasant experience knowing that even when you are down and needing help there is a group of people who want to help.

They never answer the phone!!! :( I reported a situation to CPS, they dont want proof, they just walk around picking their noses and if nothing stands out to them then case closed. Meanwhile my son is forced to go back to a crack house. I need help!!! No one seems to know what the hell to do.

CPS has their own agenda. They do not care at all what the truth is, won't even look at proof of the truth since it doesn't support their claims. Tess Davis is completely unprofessional and biased. Tonight, she laughed at my crying mother and said 'This what you get'.
