Very Rude and Inconsiderate. I have left numerous messages for HR in the past week and no one ever returns my call. I have called as many as twice a day 3 times aweek and spoke with Mary who tells Me that everyone in HR is always out to Lunch and that they will return my call. Definitely not leaving my loved one in a Facility that neglects to return my phone call.
