Great facility and very nice staff. If I ever have to live in a retirement it will be this one!

The vast majority of the staff turn the other cheek when patients fall and talk about them in a negative way that the patients talk too much or that they should kill them selves etc . Countless acts of neglect even from the dietary aids talking negatively and ignoring these elders request. They bathe the ones that they know have guest and do the bare minimum for the ones that dont.DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ELDER HERE YOURE BETTER OFF AT THE SUMMIT DONT LET THE THEATRE AND BOWLING ALLEY OR FOOD FOOL YOU THERES ALOT THAT GOS ON BEHIND THE SCENES.

Although it is a beautiful place. I am very concerned over the treatment of a senior relative. Before going into this place he was coherent and active. Now he stays drugged all the time, for compliance Im sure, so he spends his days sleeping and cant carry on a conversation. Not the way someone should be treated. This happens far to often in facilities like this.

Disappointed in the delivery of advertised or promised care and amenities. My parents are residents; one is in the Pearls of Life memory care facility, and the other is in the assisted living building. Delicious, chef-prepared food was promised, but for the past six months under a new cook, the food is worse than hospital food--overcooked, lukewarm at best, and hovering between tasteless and inedible. I ate with my father recently and could barely consume anything; the taste and presentation was wholly unappealing. This facility wears an extremely attractive veneer; on first glance, its decorated common spaces imply high-quality care. Be forewarned: It is not always as advertised. The scheduled transportation between the assisted living and memory care facilities is unreliable and inconsistent. For elderly couples like my parents, both the physical separation and the inconsistent/unreliable transportation results in persistent stress. Grandparents, know that the game-room arcades haven't worked for years, yet they're still advertised as a selling point to potential residents. Lastly, when my mother was suffering a flare-up of her COPD, she called down for room service at 5:30pm. Around 8pm, a staff member delivered a side salad, explaining that was all that was left of dinner. Yes, there are friendly staff members and the facility is attractive, but right now, Liberty Ridge is not providing its elderly residents healthy sustenance, and that's alarming. In December 2019, the care and amenities at this facility do not match its high monthly costs. The residents have been complaining frequently and loudly, but there hasn't been any change yet.

Read the WSET article from today. Floods all the time, septic backs up and now residents haven't had hot water in days. Beware!!
