Ridgecrest Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation

The smell knocked me down as soon as I hit the door. Staff was rude.

My wife aunt is there and no one should have there behind raw as it is because they don't change them as they should. They are not staff enough Would not even take here call when she called to complain. No one should be treated like this. Going to go and talk to somebody until we get results.

I have seen and worked in nursing homes in the past as a charge nurse and manager. I have never seen one as nice and as well taken care of as Ridgecrest in Duffield. It is clean and maintained. Which I know is very hard to do. The staff are out of this world. The are very competent and caring. They bent over backwards for my dad. He was only there a short time, however they made his last week's and days, comfortable and safe. They also cared for us and brought us refreshments as we sat by his side. They were all great from the front desk to Carter's Fold. That's as far in as we went. There is one person that stands out, partly because she is the one that admitted my dad. Tammy you are the top. They all went above and beyond. The CNA's, were there also making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Keep up the great work guys.I want to thank Amanda also for working so hard to get my dad a bed. I wish he had a chance to use it longer.Max's family

The staff is always really good to me, they take wonderful care of my needs. The food is delicious. The facility is really clean.

My grandmother was at Ridgecrest for a short period of time after a hospital stay. I would like to share that the staff is amazing and they took great care of her. They treated her like she was their own family member.
