The abslout worse facility and company to work for. Gee where to begin. Well I only worked there for two weeks before I was called a liar and fired. The ED only wants to cover her own butt. I was not in the computer so I did not have access to the E mar to pass meds to the residents and had not been there long enough to know the residents, and was given a paper MAR to pass meds. I had to rely on other employees to make sure I was giving medication to the right people because I had no pictures and no one would come in or stay to help. Not even the ED. She informed everyone in a staff meeting my very first day not to call her for anything. That should have been a big red sign. Now keep in mind as I tell this I only worked weekends. My first weekend was good the second one is when all of this happens. The second weekend I came in at 6. The girl who was supposed to be training me was half drunk and hung over when she got there. She spent most of the shift puking in a trash can and sleeping off her drunken stumper in the guest room on the men's hall. I was left on second shift by myself. Here's the best part since I was fired I couldn't come back and get my check they supposedly mailed it. That was a week ago. I still haven't got paid. When I called the facility they said someone woul call me back. That hasn't happened either. Yet I'm the liar and bad employee. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Family member was there for several years! He complained as well as other patients in the facility. It was not a good experience all the way around, from top to bottom.

My father was a recent resident at Parsons. The staff treated him wonderfully, and they were always pleasant when I came to see him.They were attentive to his needs. The renovations to the facility that were done made it look more pleasant and uplifting place.

I worked there last year and was hospitalized for my depression at a facility near Richmond. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks but kept a woman at my job name Tara up to date about my absence (she was a director I think). The same day I was released from the facility this woman fired me on the spot, handed me my last check, and a letter complaint from state accusing me of stealing and neglecting my post. I gave her paper work from the treatment center, proving that I was getting help. She didnt care at all cause she was smirking the whole time. I beat the case she had drawn against me. If you can treat your own employees thats battling mental illness imagine how Tara does the patients. I was gonna take this to court, Tara if youre reading this the Devil never wins

So glad that I can leave a review. U must hear this.... This is the worst place EVER NEVA put ur love one here. The staff is very inexperienced, they dont have a clue whats goin on around them. My mother was there and they left her unattended and she choked on a piece of bread. No one administered any CPR by the time she was taken to the hospital and family was called, she was gone. Theyre money hungry
