Ive been working with the Management team for several months and am in the facility almost daily and I find their team to be very professional and attentive.

If I could give less stars, I would. This is the Worst place to bring your family. I know first hand. Management is unprofessional especially the director of nursing! The residents smell and looks as if they arent receiving baths and theres a lot of family members working there together. I overheard someone say hurry up and die so I can fill this room. How insensitive and degrading, everyone is about a dollar but the poor building needs a ton of renovation. The RMAs arent knowledgeable and very rude, and the one nurse they have, I never see her. Staff talk very loudly while using profanity when we come visit... many times I have seen residents soaked as if rounds are not being done They do not care about your loved ones.. please run!!!
