My mother lived at Park View for over two years. I saw firsthand how Susan and the staff treated my mom and all of the residents like family. Susan, William and the staff are respectful, kind and patient. My mom was blessed to have lived there.

I have lived at Park View at S. Pantops Dr. for over 11 years. I have found Susan, the Property Manager here, to be helpful, courteous, and always willing to assist in any way with the people that live here. I have read other reviews, saying derogatory things about how Park View is run. I can't imagine these people saying these things. It is absolutely not true. She does a great job and I don't think we could have a better Property Manager. I would like to also say that William, Head of Maintenance, also does a great job.

I called six different times and a lady named Susan hung up on five of those times and I still haven't been able to reach anyone. Terrible service I wouldn't recommend wasting your time.

Lived here since April 2008. Very convenient to Dr. shop. Nice can walk halls when to hot or cold. Susan told residents the distance of certain route. I think most of the residents like here.
