I had the pleasure of visit Heritage Hall Big Stone Gap today and it was a wonderful experience. The residents are not only well cared for but they are very happy!! It truly has a family feel and the entire facility is full of friendly faces!

I HAVE BEEN AT HERITAGE HALL AS SOCIAL SERVICE DIRECTOR FOR 13 YEARS AND I FIND THAT THE RESIDENTS FEEL AT HOME AND LOVE US LIKE FAMILY WHICH WE ARE. WE WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE EXCELLENT CARE IN A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE. THANKS TO ALL WHO SUPPORT US!

I have a bother in heritage hall the staff there is not very friendly I think the nurses could be a little more friendly to the visitors
