After many long months of worrying about my mother our family did a lot of research to find a place where she could reside and be treated with the care we were unable to give her. Greenfield has been a wonderful match. Our family couldn't be more grateful.

Caring for your parent when they are at a stage in life where you don't have the knowledge can be somewhat daunting. Can't even express the gratitude I feel for Greenfield when it comes to my mother. The new nurse is amazing and gives me comfort knowing my mother is in great hands. The new nurse and staff compliment each other and make my mother's living environment wonderful.

The director is a young women named Angela and she would not return my calls after repeated messages I had left her. I was considering putting my elderly parent here and met with her and looked at some rooms. Even though the rooms are very small, I was in a pinch to get him moved into an assisted living facility. I then called and left maybe five messages for her to call me back but she never returned any of my calls! I really don't know how someone in her position that deals with customers but then ignores them when they are trying to give her company business is able to keep their job.
