I dont live there & I dont know anyone who lives there. My rating is solely based on my delivery experience over there as an Amazon currier. Horrible experience, I wonder how newcomers or temporary visitors would go through. When we go there, all we have is building numbers & appartement numbers. But you cant go in through the nearest door when you see building numbers that are outside & you have to go through the main entrance. Then you will find out all 6-7 buildings are connected through halls which makes it one giant maze. Once youre inside you will also learn there are no building numbers inside hallways, only building names that theyve assigned themselves. But they are not on your packages. So you walk lost. You will also notice some buildings are 1st floor & another buildings 2nd floor are connected, which could make it lot more confusing when youre trying to get to the next buildings. Apartment numbers couldve been helpful, if the management had asked occupants to use them exactly as they appear on their doors. Instead 112, it should be BB112, or MT112 etc. But because they use just 112, for example, all we have is 112 & it couldve been delivered to a different door during the confusion. I have had only 10 packages which I could deliver generally within 15-20 minutes if I was at different places, but it took me an hour and a half to deliver 10 packages in this complex. Whoever came up with the idea of using building names inside while omitting building numbers when they display on board, wasnt thinking this situation. In fact the whole thing couldve been avoided if they had just receptionist accept all the deliveries at the main door, so there arent going to be any delivery morons like me wondering around with a package in a hand.

I would give you guys less than a star if I could. Ive applied several times with great intentions each time, nailed the interviews, was available everyday, everything you would want in a new worker. Ive interviewed there 4 times and I never got the slightest hint at getting a job there. Ill call back a couple days after the interview and see where I was at, I was assured Ill get a call back and never did. I left voicemails and everything. But one thing Ive learned is the Ashby Ponds hiring staff is racist. Ive experienced it and so have plenty of my other minority friends. Anyone that is not of color has gotten the job. We never did. The non colored people received calls a day after their interview or even a couple of hours after. I feel they are not being fair when it comes to the hiring process and who too choose. Its not him or her, him or him, or her or her. Its the white vs the black. You give the kid that comes to the interview with stains on his shirt and stank breathe and no experience but not the kid that came properly dressed and has experience in a server position. There needs to be new dinning hiring staff asap

Very large community, grounds well kept. Fitness center and gym really up to date. Rooms seem sufficient for either a single person or a couple. All connecting areas, plenty of walking. There are buses for transport. Building new facilities with clubhouse. Four restaurants with fresh and variety of foods.

We have lived here at Ashby Ponds for nearly four years now and love living here. We have made many friends and enjoy all the amenities that Ashby Ponds offers from the Fitness Center to the underground parking. We've joined several clubs that interest us. There is no pressure here to join any type of activity, but all activities are available to all residents. Calendars become full very quickly. We've participated in several off campus trips and have found them well organized. Ashby Ponds is located so close to many grocery stores and other shopping areas. The facility is extremely well maintained both inside the buildings and on the grounds. Walking here seems to be a favorite activity.
