Our Synergy homecare caregiver for my mother-in-law was fantastic in so many ways. I valued how easy it was to communicate with Synergy about any detail, small or large. Our Synergy homecare person and the Synergy team provided us with expertise at key times in the nicest of ways -- we could not have asked for a better homecare partner. I recommend them highly, and have referred them without hesitation to friends with parents who need some individual help or companionship at home.

Synergy HomeCare of the Champlain Valley is a unique and highly dedicated local group of caregivers that supply care to a wide variety of elderly clients living at home and in facilities. With constant access to training and quick response times from supervisors, the caregivers are capable and responsive in any situation they need to handle or help with. I am writing this review as a caregiver of Synergy HomeCare.

Synergy Home Care has been a blessing for our family. My sister and I live outside of Vermont, and our mother is in the beginning stages of dementia and living in her home. Without Maggie and her staff our mother would not be able to stay at home safely. She would be devastated if she were to move from her home of 40+ years, and away from her beloved cat, and it would greatly affect her quality of life. Maggie is familiar with a broad spectrum of physical and mental health issues common in seniors, and has multiple approaches to addressing them depending on the needs and personality of her clients. She is in contact with us regularly, and has provided support for not only our mother but us as well. Her staff is friendly and caring and our mom has come to enjoy their visits. We are very relieved to have Synergy taking care of our mom when we cannot be there!
