Poor care of residents . They do not respond when the residents call for help and dont give meds on time . Emergency buttons broken for days as well as allowing residents to smoke right outside the door when other residents are on oxygen. They charge for a extra drinks in the dining hall . Drug deals going on in the building and not to mention the bed bugs . I just cant believe the incompetence of the workers . Will be making complaints with the management company as well . We eventually pulled our loved one out and placed her somewhere else

I have lived at Tradition for 2 1/2 years. The staff is great, we have fun activities, the residents are nice. I have no complaints about Tradition
