It is beyond me that Lotus Park Assisted Living only has a 4.5 Rating. They deserve 5 Ratings! I had the pleasure of working for this company... as a CNA hired on by Angie. Eventually, B Wren took over for a while and things went downhill very fast, not one individual!(that I worked with) liked him. Unfortunately, I was wrongfully terminated as I had to find coverage when my mother in law was very ill. If I had the pleasure to get hired on again, I would jump on it within a heartbeat. I would recommend Lotus Park Assisted Living to anyone. Now that Angie and Charles are back... your family would be in FANTASTIC care at this Assisted Living/Memory Care.

Lotus Park is a friendly facility, with great food! I come by to visit my loved one. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Would recommend.

Very unprofessional and disappointing. I was visiting my grandmother in the main building and they only had two on staff and we waiting for someone to come help us for an hour I felt bad for the girls who had a Million things to do at once if my grandma was on the floor how long would it take to notice. The kitchen staff doesnt wear hair nets. And the management is horrible my grandma call light was broken for a whole two weeks and I talked to Head guy multiple times about it and it never got fixed and the week before the toilet was broken and he made the cans try and fix it. Are you really that cheap???? Very disappointed
