Rocky Mountain Care - Willow Springs

Please do NOT take your loved ones here. The staff is SUBPAR. My mother did not receive the care she is entitled to have. They need to work on their promptness, caring and compassion. The menu is garbage. If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. And you facility strikes again. The on-site physician is a joke. This place is dangerous. Where are the ethics and your do no harm code? PLEASE do not take your loved ones here.

The nursing and aid staff here are the best I have seen the professional behavior and exceptional caring attitude is making my recovery bearable. Two thumbs way way up and I would recommend Rocky Mountain to anyone needing in-house recovery or rehabilitation from injury or surgery.

My mother stayed here for a couple months while she came to the end of her life. Staff treated her well and I appreciate all that they did for her. My mom would wander the Halls and stay out in the general area just so she could visit with the other patients. She was seldom in her room therefore very hard to just call her room to talk to her. On several occasions, I do not know what all what's going on each time I try to call but I could seldom get a hold of her so couple times I asked the nurses to please find her and have her give me a call hoping that the nurses or staff would help her do so. The Weeknd before her passing I attempted to call her. Because of the virus going on I was not able to visit with her so a phone call was all I had. I again after several attempts having my phone call just sent to her room or she had a hard time even answering the phone even if she was there I could never get an answer. So I called back and ask the nurses to please find her and help her give me a call. The person that answered said she would do that. My mom did not call back and now the opportunity to talk to her for my last time had passed. I was notified that my mother was sent to the hospital. I live an hour and a half away so I gathered up the things I needed and headed her way half hour into my travels I was notified that my mom passed away and I was not able to say my goodbyes before she passed. I hope by leaving this message that the staff they consider making sure that when they're asked to have someone's loved one call them that they make a serious attempt to make sure that phone call is made because you never know if that is going to be the last opportunity for that person to talk to their loved one before they pass. Other than this experience I really appreciate the staff and taking care of my mother.

Rude and ignorant staff. They make fun of the residents, are rough and uncaring. They don't care what diagnosis you have, they try and force you to do what you aren't able to do. Stay away from this place!

Wonderful and caring staff! The Therapy department is so nice and caring. The Nursing staff is amazing and so helpful.
