My experience here as a CNA/Med Tech has been nothing but a great experience. I am coming up on my year mark on September 4. Our RCC is really good at working with residents and her staff! Same goes for our admin. Hes very caring and I always see him doing something to better the facility. Ive never had such great management. Yes weve had a big cna turnover recently but Id say it was a good turn over. We have such great staff now. All the aids I have worked with has been very loving and really do care for residents here. Not only the residents but staff gets treated like family here. I have been so grateful for the opportunity I have had to help these wonderful residents here! It honestly feels like theyre not residents, it feels like Im taking care of family. Our nurse has also been very great. He is always willing to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend this place for CNAs and people looking for a place to put there loved ones. Definitely by far the best experience I have had at a facility! Thank you Riverway staff!

Riverway assisted living is by far the best place I have ever worked as a CNA/medtech. The residents are amazing, outgoing. They go on a ton of outings during the spring/summer months. I love listening to them tell me about themselves. They truly become your family as we become theirs. I've only been a cna for a couple years, and I wish I knew about riverway when I became certified. The management is very successful, efficient. Always coming up with great ideas to make this place home for residents. Very involved in activities, helping when needed. Highly recommended place to work. Flexible schedules, They even help you become a certified CNA. We have a great team here. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Riverway has been terrible for my Mother. The employee turnover rate is very high, they have problems keeping cooks, activity directors, nurses and even administrators. She had to go one weekend without a cook making meals at one point. Her room isn't getting cleaned like it should, full garbages and dirty dishes every time I go visit. She complains frequently how bad the food is and told me she was served burnt cookies one day for dessert. Plus, if you don't feel like going to the cafeteria to eat, they will charge you $5 to bring it to your room. She was even hospitalized because the doctor for Riverway didn't fill her prescription she needed for an infection for 2 days after it was prescribed at the ER. I am in the process of getting her out of there, but it seems like the nurses are trying to talk her into staying so they don't have a empty room to fill. The staff only care about keeping their facility running and not about the people. Don't let a loved one live in this poorly run place!

This is such a great community. I have worked with them in the past and would recommend to anyone looking for assisted living or memory care. The staff truly care!
