I love this place. I enjoy coming in and seeing every resident. They are so loved by myself and other staff and their individual story is important. These wonderful people are going through one of the hardest diagnoses a person and their family can get. I hope at the end of the day when I say goodnight they know they arent alone and that they matter.

Finding the right place for a loved one is difficult. I had a wonderful experience at Pheasant Run with my father. Management and staff really care. Although no place is perfect, they were always willing to listen to any concerns. I am so grateful for all Pheasant Run did to support my loved one and family. Thank you!

Terrible place. Very unorganized, cant keep staff. Looks great on the outside but they cant keep good employees. They try hard to care for the people there but are always short staffed. Food is disgusting and people do not get their briefs changed enough. I would never put someone I love there. This place will never pass me.

If you're reading reviews on care centers, my heart aches for you, it is such a difficult decision! As much as you don't want to place your loved one in a 'home', sometimes it becomes necessary due to the nature of the disease; not only for their safety but for the caretaker's sanity too. We are grateful to have found Pheasant Run (PR) for the care of my Dad last year. The admin staff is so caring and compassionate. The staff is truly passionate about the care and well-being of the residents, it's not 'just a job' to them, they really care. They know everyone's name! We felt like our Dad was in good hands .They are trained on how to best care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia (other places claim to be but they are not). The facility feels safe. The hallway is a circle, which is good for Alzheimer's patients, and there are comfortable areas to sit and take a break every few feet. They offer enriching activities beyond Bingo and coloring, that respect human intelligence! The facility is clean (unlike other places that reek of urine) the decor tasteful and modern, and courtyards beautiful and peaceful, the food looked pretty decent, and the price is right. I encourage you to go take a tour and see if Pheasant Run is a good fit for your loved one!
