Seasons of Santaquin

I would not take a loved one to this facility! The staff is so complacent and minimal it takes hours (YES HOURS) to get needs met. Brief changes, medication, assistance in showing & other important tasks. When this topic is brought to administration for discussion, it is belittled and excuses are made, NOT ADDRESSED OR RESOLVED! My Mother was a resident, and our family now refers to this place as 'Bates Motel'. On several occasions she was left in a soiled brief for hours which resulted in an untreatable infection that ultimately took her life. On another occasion a staff member didn't want to be bothered, so she gave my Mother far too much morphine, so she could read her book in peace, and almost ended my Mothers life. When I notified the director we would be moving her to another facility, he yelled at me. The following day I was notified to pick her up and ALL of her things were literally stacked outside on the curb. The building is beautiful and nice, but DON'T let the looks deceive you. Your loved one will not get the care they need at Seasons of Santaquin.

Love this place! It has a home feeling to it and all the residents are very close, they become family! The building pretty and the view is amazing! It is the cleanest place I have been in. They truly go above and beyond to care for your loved ones

I have a family member in this facility and it is fantastic. Very clean, friendly staff, and lots of staff. They have been wonderful to us.

The CNA's who work here are very friendly and they make it a really pleasant place to visit
