I wouldnt imagine going through any other company in state.

i worked for tkj llc for 9 month and was terminated. the reason for termination is because it was more important for the company as a whole to cover up client abuse. i had guilt on the conscious for too long and was serving the best intrests for the client. a coworder was commiting abuse against the client. i was also contractually obligated by the DHS to report and neglect, abuse, maltreatlemt or exploitation, or would be treated as if i commited the acts myself. i did not commit these acts nor do i find it right that a company and the government has laws and restrictions to promote a healthy enviroment for loved ones placed in there homes. it was not fair to me, or the client that i was terminated, when i was just following the contract i had signed with the company and the DHS, and was doing my work as the title states 'caregiver' to uphold the title of the work i was doing. i do not recognize this workplace as one that would uphold the intrest of mentally disabled if love and care is what they and there families are looking for. totally unprofessional and illegal to the titles and higher moral values that this company acts like they follow.
