Cache Valley Assisted Living is BY FAR the best assisted living facility I have ever been to. I would most definitely put a family member in there and be at peace of mind knowing they are being well taken care of. You can tell the staff truly cares for the residents and treats them as their own family. With daily activities, to socializing with other residents, they can be as independent as they're able to be, while still having help available if needed. The staff here does such an incredible job, from the CNAs to MedTechs who make sure your loved ones are getting the care and medications they need, to the receptionist at front who gives out cookies! Buffy really makes sure everyone is on top of things and nothing goes unnoticed. They are some of the best staff I have seen and worked with, and really take such great care of your family!!!!

CVAL was my first ever cna job. I started there February 2019 up until the beginning of November. I felt like I wasn't appreciated at all and that I was overworked. And I felt like when I would ask for help no one was willing to lend a hand.

I have worked in different facilities over the past 15 years and can tell you that this is one of warmest, most genuinely caring places I have ever had the joy of working at. Like home away from home. Seeing the patience and gentleness from staff for residents is so reassuring, I have seen firsthand such constant kindness for the people who live here from staff members...the food is delicious, the activities are exciting and keep the residents laughing and smiling. A whole library of books and fresh baked cookies each day. Outings and adventures, music numbers and church, the list goes on. It really kinda makes me want to retire and be spoiled , this is where I would go if I had an option of choosing an assisted living facility. Not kidding.

Been here for four years and felt overworked and overstressed, under appreciated and under paid. Residents call lights going off for a long time because they are understaffed. Employees there aren't allowed to say their understaffed.
