My niece bought a new house in Riverton. Leisure Villas built a nice neighborhood right next to her home. They built up the land so high that the road to get the townhomes, is the same height as her fence. So at anytime if these neighbors lost Control of their vehicle,, they would end up in my nieces backyard! Its not just my niece. Its several homes. Such poor design and potentially deadly consequences. This needs to be corrected. The owners of these homes if they sell them have to drive back and turn along my nieces fence line. She cant even let her children play in their backyard. Its a nightmare!
