I have mixed feelings about this place. When the new management came in, it started to go down hill. For the most part I am happy with how they treat my grandma, but are slipping up and not following through on things they claim they will take care of. Staff is friendly, but need to seriously step it up. I smell a lawsuit in the future if things don't get better and my grandma is hurt because of it.

Pheasant View is a beautiful spacious building with very nice rooms, activities for residents, and it's in a really nice little neighborhood so you feel at home.

I work for a home health company that has patients at Pheasent View. The staff was amazing to work with. It was great to see the compassion and care they provide for their residents.

This is a nice, warm, friendly community. When you walk in, someone always greets you. The staff seem happy and there are always residents in the living room playing games or doing activities. I usually go in near lunch time and the food smells wonderful. Things are certainly going the right direction!
