They don't have enough doctors or nurses for the size facility. I was not impressed with the care my father received when he or I requested it for him. There were some employees that obviously cared about the patients under their care and others that were too busy to care.

Our family wasnt impressed with the level of urgency in getting our loved one comfortable on hospice. It took hours before James put orders in and went to his car for a long time while our loved suffered in a lot of pain.

I was in the rehab side and am very happy and grateful to all the staff. I was treated with dignity and respect. Not once did I feel like a burden,even when I kept loosing my call button :) I felt genuinely cared for and encourged. I hope someone reads these really thank you for helping me get back on my feet, literally.

Ive been a double amputee (almost 8 years)and incomplete quadriplegic for 18 years. Rocky Mountain by far has been the nicest place inside With great staff that actually care and listen to what you have to say (care wise) they follow my instructions and do things how I like them done.
