Chancellor Gardens became home for both my parents when home was no longer an option. Chancellor Gardens took them in with open arms. Mom went to memory care where the staff was loving and professional. When the time came for Hospice, everything possible was done to ensure her comfort and care. Not only her care, but also for my father and family as they travelled in from out of state. After my Mom passed, my Father continued to receive wonderful care. The staff was there to help him meet residents and join in social activities. As his health declined, he was 97, the medical team and staff provided the attention needed. He received all his care on property. It was purposeful, necessary and professional. Again, Hospice came in and truly made his passing comfortable. Chancellor Gardens is well maintained, has professional leaders and caring staff. Thank you to all the staff that cared for my parents for over 2 years. Our family truly appreciates your kindness and care.Kym Wilson

We had both of our parents living at Chancellor Gardens for seven months. They were happy here and made several friends. During their stay they spent time on both the Assisted Living side and then moved to Memory Care. Most of the staff were great. It is so comforting to see so many who are there because they love the job and what they do. It is hard to find in CNA's and I was grateful to find most of the staff were happy to be there. I would like to give a shout out to Quincy (CNA) and Amy (Med Tech) on the AL side for going above and beyond. They truly love the residence and become a friend as well as a caretaker. Chancellor Gardens has a full calander of activities, field trips and programs with lots of happy residents. The only down falls is their billing processes. It is very difficult to understand the billing especially if you have two people. The levels of care are on a point system so in our circumstances we were always confused on what care should be included with the amount we were paying on the AL side. It is more defined in Memory Care. Thank you to all the staff in the memory care unit as well. They do a great job and our parents were happy here.

This place may look nice, but they way they treat tenants and their families is horrendous. They are only about making money, and they don't care at all about the well being or happiness of their tenants. My grandma broke her hip and Chancellor Gardens wanted to just put her on hospice and 'keep her comfortable' until she dies basically. We opted to send her to the hospital, where she had hip surgery. She then went to a rehabilitation center for a month, and Chancellor Gardens won't refund even the money that they charge for her 'level of care', even when they weren't caring for her at all. Do not be fooled by their 'memory care'! That's not even a thing. They make it sound like some kind of therapy or treatment, but all it is, is a locked ward so people cannot escape the building. Be warned! They will use high pressure sales tactics to push you to sign papers and leave them a downpayment before you leave. It's insane to offer a $200 discount but only if you move in within 2 weeks, when every day that you wait to move in saves you $600.
