I visited Hartis Clear Lake this past weekend met with the New Executive Director. She gave me a wonderful very detailed tour around the building. They have warm cookies which was impressive normally the lobby has cold old ones not here they were WARM!! The entire lobby smell like home! The receptionist was very helpful. The executive director showed me the memory care and it is a wonderful experience walking thru the halls feels like my loved one will continue to feel like they are experiencing the movie theater or experiencing the diner it's a very different concept and a great one. I was extremely impressed how clean it looked and smelled. I normally don't post anything but this was must she was warm welcoming needless to say when the time comes this will be home for my loved one.

I went with my church group for bible study and prayer meetings. It's a beautiful facility. Compared to other inpatient facilities, it's much more hotel-like and comfy not a hospital-like vibe.

Potiential to be best. Adminasration and leadership very bad. I could not find anyone in corprate office to talk to I cannot recommend anyone going there.Ci

Absolutely disgraceful place for your family i do not recommend anyone living there. The director Rhonda is a very rude lady terrible management even the menu is not good.
