Focused Care at Waxahachie

Ex employee here , horrible service , very rude nurses that dont ever do there work , they treat the residents very rude , have been physical with residents , bad language to residents , the nurses are treated with disrespect dirty language all around the building . The absolute worst place I have ever worked for . I have recognized residents crying to go home because they are being treated badly , left in dirty diapers , not being changed , being left in bed . I have personally reported abuse a nurse laying hands on resident at this place . Please do not let your loved ones stay here its very sad and depressing just walk in and you can feel the depression inside those plain walls . I was very sick got sick on the job and was told I would loose my job if I didnt act strait . They wanted me to work with urine on my scrubs for the residents to possibly catch something or become sick but they dont care . In under 2 hours I had 3 mental break downs working for this place . Its just the worst !!!

Wouldn't send a dog here no one works just rides the clock,I'm across from nurses station and wait for aid they all just walk by laziest bunch of people I've seen
