This Victoria Tx facility is under staffed. The director of facility does not return phone calls to family about their loved one who is a resident. Im very disappointed.

A perpetually toxic environment to work in. Shady business practices to say the very least.

Below average facility in numerous ways: 1) Front receptionist desk rarely staffed2) Dining experience is a misfortune: a) does not follow the posted menu plan, b) usually out of stock with basic food items, butter, eggs, etc., c) wait time to take food order is unacceptable (unfortunately these old people can't just get up and walk out), d) food prepared with too much sodium3) Unorganized management/staff4) No one really seems to be in chargeVitality Court needs to rethink their brand strategy to ensure that they deliver on brand promises - especially when dealing with the elderly
